Mineral Point, Wisconsin
Business Highway 151 at Madison Street is the setting for Mineral Point Market, a Saturday market with roots going back to 1995. The market began through the Mineral Point Chamber of Commerce and grew from a handful of vendors in the park under the water tower into what its organizers call “the place to be on Saturday mornings”. Today, the market season runs in Water Tower Park, where the mix spans fresh foods and handcrafted goods, reflecting both its early producer-only goal and its broader Wisconsin-made selection. That history gives the market a clear shape: a longstanding local stop that still centers on what vendors bring each week.
Water Tower Park fills with a mix of farm foods, bakery items, meat, flowers, soaps, and handmade goods during the season. The vendor line-up can change from week to week, so the market reads less like a fixed roster and more like a rotating Saturday selection shaped by who is scheduled to sell.
Vendor line-up is subject to change from week to week, and the market directs shoppers to its news updates for the most current information on who will be selling. The market season returns to Water Tower Park in May, so timing matters if you are planning around a specific vendor or product mix. No dogs are allowed, and restrooms are not available on site. The market does not accept walk-ins for vendors; applications must be received at least one week before the week a seller intends to participate, which helps explain the scheduled, week-by-week structure visitors see on Saturdays.

Nice little farmers market in a beautiful town. Friendly vendors with everything from fresh veggies and flowers to baked goods and coffee. Located in the park under the Mineral Point water tower. Plenty of street parking available and picnic tables to enjoy your snacks.
Your local people doing what they do best and hey, while they're at it, you can purchase things that you like directly from the producers. Patronize your local farmer's market. They need your support!
