Farmers Market
Austin, Texas

Texas Farmers' Market at Mueller pairs a producer-only market model with a stated mission of expanding access to sustainable, local food for Texans, including a healthy food access program tied to SNAP and WIC. In Austin, that translates into a Sunday market where inspected farmers and agricultural producers sell what they grow, with weekly vendor and produce updates built around what is actually coming to market. The result is a market that leans hard into farm-grown produce, mushrooms, eggs, flowers, herbs, and pantry goods rather than a generic grab bag of resellers.
The strongest through-line here is fresh produce from multiple farms, with enough overlap in greens, roots, and seasonal vegetables that shoppers can compare growing styles and specialties from stand to stand. Mushrooms, flowers, herbs, eggs, pickles, fermented goods, and a few prepared pantry items round out the mix without shifting the focus away from farm-based vendors.
No dogs are allowed, which is the detail most likely to change your plan before heading to Mueller. Parking also takes a little attention: Sunday vendors reference a parking map so shoppers can avoid fines from Texas Farmers' Market and City of Austin parking enforcement. The market runs year-round at 4209 Airport Blvd. in Austin, and its weekly produce and attending-vendor updates are refreshed by Friday at noon, which matters if you like to shop with a specific farm or item in mind. Because this is a producer-only market, the emphasis stays on vendors selling what they grow or produce themselves rather than on general retail booths.
SNAP EBT is accepted at Texas Farmers' Market at Mueller as part of the organization's food-access work, which it runs in partnership with the Sustainable Food Center and alongside WIC-oriented programming at its markets. Payment details are clearly identified for shoppers, and the market's food-access program is presented as a core part of how it operates, not an add-on.
Fun activities for kids every Second Sunday of the month. Double Up Food Bucks available up to $30 for fresh fruits and vegetables; SNAP accepted year-round and WIC accepted April–October.

Found a lot of good stuff here from tasty juice like the double ginger stand had to juices to a mushroom propagation bag we used to grow a 2lb batch of oyster mushrooms. The yaupon local Texas caffeinated tea stand was also really interesting and tasted great.
My friends and I came here over the weekend and had a great time! This market offers a wide variety of fresh flowers, fruits, honey, baked goods, and even treats for dogs. There were so many fresh vegetables at reasonable prices. They also have a nice area to hang out and walk around perfect for families and friends. I highly recommend checking it out!
This has got to be the best Farmer's Market in Austin. They open only one Sundays but they have it all. Dog treats, coffee, food, drinks, plants and vegetales and even cider. Sometimes they play live music as well. Definitely a must in Austin
One of my favorite farmers markets! Fresh produce, meats, and lots of options for hot yummy ready food, drinks, jewelry, and also lots of apothecary/ organic face products. It is a must visit for sure.
Great market, great booths, lots of stuff to find from local growers and businesses, they even got some really good tea and natural medicine that really worked from the lady there at Monarch Herbs. Also they got some good and healthy eats at Bountiful Pantry had some great gluten free pies and as well as I got my gold chain repaired from Crystal Nova love their jewelry.
