Farmers Market
Quincy, Massachusetts
At 0 Denis Ryan Parkway, the Quincy Farmers Market runs on Sundays through the June-to-October season in Quincy. The market traces its tradition back to 1982, giving this North Quincy stop a long-running place in the city’s weekly food routine. Its vendor mix leans practical and pantry-building: farms for produce, eggs, apples, maple syrup, flowers, baked goods, coffee, prepared foods, and a handful of body-care and home-focused sellers. SNAP/EBT is accepted, alongside WIC and Senior FMNP coupon programs described by the market, which makes the shopping options broader than a cash-only farm stand setup.
Produce anchors the market, but the lineup extends well beyond raw ingredients into bakery items, coffee, hot food, flowers, maple syrup, orchard fruit, soap, and several small specialty businesses. The result is a market where a shopper can cover vegetables and eggs first, then fill in with ready-to-eat food or pantry extras from named local vendors.
No dogs are allowed, which is the detail most likely to change a Sunday market plan. Parking is relatively straightforward: there is a free parking lot on church property, and street parking is open on Sundays. The market also notes a church-site setting on the shaded grounds of St. Chrysostom's Church at the corner of 1 Linden Street and 531 Hancock Street in North Quincy, a visible location on Hancock Street. Restrooms are not available. If you are timing arrival, the market operates Sundays from 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm during its June-to-October season, with the vendor application describing the market as rain or shine.
SNAP/EBT is accepted at Quincy Farmers Market. The market also states that WIC participants and eligible seniors can use WIC and Senior FMNP coupons for fresh produce, and it references HIP benefits for shoppers with funds available on their SNAP/EBT card.

Very small, with only a handful of vendors but a convenient place to pick up farm fresh eggs and some fresh veggies. If you're in the area, worth a trip over to pick up a few items.
This is now the place to go to get fresh fruits n veggies. It is starting to leak that Supermarkets food has chemicals that caused you health issues. It also is GREAT YO SUPPORT THE FARMERS MARKET, SMALL BUSINESS 🇺🇸 LOCAL COMMUNITY. LETS ALL CONNECT AGAIN THRU SUPPORTING EACH OTHER W/ GREAT FOODS-EXCHANGED FOR 💰 FOR OUR LOCAL FARMERS❤️
I had looked at the web page to see what was being offered, but when I got there, there weren't many farmers at all. There was honey, eggs, seasonings, pasta, baklava, cheese spreads, aplaca, 2 food vendors, & a few other vendors.
There is a strong welcoming feeling into conversations under large, cooling shade trees on grass. There’s usually a breeze off the water just a few blocks east.
Quality, small farm source vendors, outdoor stands, good products, reasonable prices, weekly (Fridays) 12-5pm, inexpensive garage parking next to the market.
