Farmers Market
Brookhaven, Georgia
Brookhaven Farmers Market ties its food focus to the Georgia Department of Agriculture Plant Food, Feed & Grain Division, a specific institutional anchor that stands out alongside its neighborhood setup in Brookhaven. On Saturdays from March through October, the market gathers at 1375 Fernwood Circle NE with a mix of locally and sustainably produced foods and artisanal products. That combination gives the market a clear shape: produce and prepared foods sit beside flowers, body products, pet treats, and handmade goods rather than being limited to one narrow category. If you want a Saturday market with both grocery-minded stops and ready-to-eat options, this one is built around that blend.
1375 Fernwood Circle NE serves as a weekly source of locally and sustainably produced foods and artisanal products for the neighborhood, which gives the market a practical role beyond a one-off shopping event. The market’s vendor mix reinforces that local-use focus: produce farmers, livestock and dairy farmers, packaged and ready-to-eat foods, bath and body products, pet foods and pet treats, and artists and crafters all appear within the same market roster.
That means a Saturday stop here can cover vegetables, fruit, meat, pantry items, flowers, coffee, and household extras from named vendors in one place. The market also keeps ties to Georgia growers visible through names such as Georgia Peach Truck and Watsonia Farms, while the season runs from March to October on Saturday mornings.
The roster leans broad rather than produce-only, with raw ingredients, prepared foods, drinks, flowers, pantry staples, pet items, and handmade goods sharing the same footprint. Several vendors are especially useful for building a full market run, while others add specialty items that feel specific to this lineup rather than interchangeable.
Parking is the detail most likely to shape your arrival: the main parking is at University Baptist Church, street parking is available if neighbors’ driveways stay clear, and the MARTA overflow lot at Brookhaven-Oglethorpe Station is one block away. The market is also dog-friendly, which matters if you plan to walk over with a pet.
Saturday shopping happens from 9am to 12pm during the March-to-October season at 1375 Fernwood Circle NE. Payment methods are clearly posted by the market, and there are no restrooms listed in the visitor details, so it helps to plan your stop as a short neighborhood errand rather than a long stay.
Main parking at University Baptist Church; street parking available (please do not block neighbors’ driveways). One block away is the MARTA overflow lot at Brookhaven-Oglethorpe Station.
Rain or shine; dog policy requires dogs to be under control on a short non-expandable leash and kept away from produce and food displays; live music is supported for local musicians (tips and merchandise sales allowed upon approval).

This is a great little neighborhood farmers market and it really grew last year! Love all the farmers, the cold brew coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Lots of unique foods that I can't buy in the grocery store. We try to make it every Saturday.
We love our weekly Saturday adventures to the Brookhaven Farmers Market! It’s a tradition we’re happy to keep up. Vendors are very kind and helpful with amazing local produce!
Living in the neighborhood it's awesome when the market gathers and opens. Lot of fresh fruits vegetables and herbs. I usually save my Splurge dinner for when the market is around in order to get the freshest vegetables for dinner. It makes a HomeTown neighborhood feel even more comfy.
