Farmers Market
Antioch, California
Kaiser Antioch Farmers' Market connects Antioch shoppers with a PCFMA market program shaped by a nonprofit mission that has supported California farmers and communities since 1988. The market runs at 4501 Sand Creek Rd. on a Thursday morning-to-early-afternoon schedule from April through October, giving this part of Antioch a set weekly stop for farm goods, prepared food, and pantry staples. That mission-first framework matters here because the market pairs a seasonal neighborhood schedule with food-access programs, including SNAP acceptance, rather than functioning only as a place to browse.
The vendor mix here leans practical: produce, eggs, baked goods, prepared foods, and a few specialty stops appear side by side in one compact Thursday market. It reads less like a single-category produce stand and more like a market where a shopper can pick up ingredients, lunch, and a few ready-to-eat items in one pass.
The named lineup also shows some repeat farm vendors in the market roster, with J & M Eggs and J & M Farms appearing multiple times in the market materials, reinforcing their presence in the regular mix. For a Thursday visit, that means the market centers on everyday shopping categories rather than crafts or entertainment, with farmers and food businesses carrying most of the draw.
No dogs are allowed at Kaiser Antioch Farmers' Market, which is the detail most likely to change how you plan a visit. Restrooms are not available on site, so this is easier to treat as a focused shopping stop than a long hangout. The market keeps a Thursday schedule from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. during its April-to-October season, making it a weekday errand rather than a weekend routine. It takes place at 4501 Sand Creek Rd. in Antioch, a specific destination worth entering directly before you head out. Payment methods are clearly communicated through the market operator, which helps if you like to know purchase options before arriving.
SNAP/EBT is accepted at this market, and PCFMA also highlights Market Match alongside WIC-FMNP as part of its fresh-food access programs. That makes Kaiser Antioch Farmers' Market one of the operator's sites where payment options are tied directly to produce access and everyday food shopping, not just convenience.

Would like to share my experience here. My grandmother was here last week and the staff were very helpful and attentive. There was this nurse who helped us very much (Nurse Marc C). Our assigned doctor was very hands on and explained to us the procedure, Over all very commendable service. Thank you for your service.
I was very much nervous, when I went for Endoscopy. But, all staffs were very kind, and patients with me. Well organized teamwork. All staffs created a positive energy. They could find out my exact health issues. Thank you for all gastrointestinal teams.
I’ve been with Kaiser over 20 years. Their emergency Doctors saved my life twice. Nobody’s perfect I’m sure there’s patients that maybe didn’t have a good experience, but I’ll stand by those Doctors always.
The machines and process used test women for breast cancer is too harsh. Please find better technology to perform this test, because it is very painful for woman, especially someone of my age 71+.
