The Okanogan Valley Farmers Market - Okanogan centers its work on enhancing the business success of its vendors, a mission that matches the market’s long-running role in bringing local farm and artisan goods together in Okanogan. The market began more than twenty years ago with a few local people informally sharing bounty from farms and gardens, and today its mix spans fruits, vegetables, baked goods, beauty products, and crafts from local artisans. That combination gives the market a practical feel: a place to shop for produce and bread, then add handmade work from area makers in the same stop.
More than one kind of shopping trip fits here. The market’s own description points to produce, baked goods, beauty products, and crafts, and the vendor roster backs that up with orchards, bakery goods, pottery, concessions, and farm stands all in one market.
One visitor described finding fresh vegetables, fruits, baked goods, jewelry, goat cheese, perfume, artwork, and a children’s booth, along with tamales, fresh juices, and fruit cups. Another noted fresh local produce, tree fruit, plant starts, flowers, handmade items from local crafters and artists, and live music.
No dogs are allowed, which is one of the clearest visit rules to plan around before heading over. The market runs on two weekly schedules during its May-through-October season: Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.. If you like a market with a mix of farm goods and maker booths rather than produce alone, this one is set up that way; its own overview emphasizes fruits, vegetables, baked goods, beauty products, and crafts from local artisans. The organization is governed by a board of directors and operates with formal market rules and guidelines for vendors.
SNAP/EBT is accepted at the market, which can make a difference if you’re planning a produce-focused stop. The market also clearly communicates payment handling in its broader operations, including accepting debit card, credit card, checks, and PayPal for donations and support transactions.
Kid’s Corner provides fun, informative activities for children of all ages. Customers can purchase market tokens with EBT cards. Early sales are prohibited before the start of the markets.

Small farmer's market in Okanagan, but with a nice variety to choose from. Fresh vegetables, fruits, baked goods, jewelry, goat cheese, perfume, artwork, and a children's booth. I bought some delicious tamales from a vendor, chicken and pork. They also carried a variety of fresh juices and fruit cups.
Great local market featuring fresh, local produce, tree fruit and plant starts. Many other vendors, the best baked goods, fresh flowers, many hand made, original items from local crafters and artists. Live music was a big plus!!
Great market in the park, local vendors and just a good way to get out on a Saturday, cant wait for the new season to start.
Omg Tunk Valley Ranch & Bakery has delicious, fresh pies, breads, and many fabulous desserts. Totally recommended! The owner Jenny is so sweet, helpful and very friendly.
