Farmers Market
Bellevue, Washington
45
Bellevue Farmers Market runs as a nonprofit at 1717 Bellevue Way NE, in the parking lot of Bellevue Presbyterian Church, giving this market a clear civic footing as well as a weekly shopping destination. The market gathers about 45 vendors during its season, with farmers, food producers, fish sellers, prepared-food vendors, and artisans all represented in one stop. That mix shows up in a distinctly Washington range: Yakima produce, Skagit Valley blueberries, Vashon Island cider apples, Olympic Peninsula mushrooms, and Redmond-grown vegetables all appear in the vendor lineup.
The market’s nonprofit identity is part of how Bellevue Farmers Market presents itself, not a side note, and that mission is paired with public-health and social-service partnerships. SNAP Market Match is a major local access point here, with dollar-for-dollar matching up to $25 per market day, and the market also accepts WIC, Senior FMNP, and SunBucks.
The vendor roster also keeps the market tied to producers across Washington rather than a generic resale mix: Yakima organic produce, Selah tree fruit, Cashmere and Orondo apples and stone fruit, Ellensburg tomatoes, Skagit Valley berries, and Redmond seasonal vegetables all anchor the selection. That statewide spread gives Bellevue shoppers direct access to farms and food makers from several Washington growing regions.
The lineup is broad, but it stays rooted in farm products and foods with clear regional sourcing. Expect produce and protein to share space with pantry goods, baked items, ready-to-eat meals, and a smaller artisan segment.
The calendar also points to a Harvest Market, Holiday Market, Two Bite Challenge, and Token Shopping as named parts of the season.
No dogs are allowed, which is the detail most likely to change how you plan your visit. The market is at 1717 Bellevue Way NE in the parking lot of Bellevue Presbyterian Church, with free on-site parking and ADA accessibility at the market site. Bus routes 249 and 246 stop one block away, giving a workable transit option if you are arriving without a car. The market phone number is (425)-454-8474. Bellevue Farmers Market lists about 44 vendors for its holiday market and a 45-vendor claim for the regular season, so the overall scale is sizable without being hard to navigate.
SNAP/EBT is accepted at Bellevue Farmers Market, and SNAP shoppers receive a dollar-for-dollar SNAP Market Match up to $25 per market day. The market also accepts WIC, Senior FMNP, and SunBucks, making this one of the clearest access features in its weekly setup.

Great local farmers market. Lots of variety with rotating vendors. You never know what you will discover, but it is a fun spot on a summer Thursday afternoon and I’m sure you’ll find something you would like.
One of the well organized farmers market! They open sharply at 3pm, not a minute before or after. At one time, there was a countdown for the last 10 seconds. Ample parking, the food options are usually Pizza, Burgers and ice cream. We usually go in for the French bakery from Seattle, fruits and vegetables. I wish they had kettle corn popcorn!
An undiscovered treasure trove. A wealth of different vendors means there is "something for everyone" Fruit, veg and flowers of course, but also French pastries, cheese, ice creams, cookies and so much more. Also a collection of food trucks for the hungry.
Always a great selection of farm fresh produce and flowers. I always get a bouquet of flowers for $10 and some fruit. Parking is easy and everyone is friendly. If you can go, do so. If you can't, well, you'll be okay.
The Bellevue Farmers Market gives Bellevue that small town feel everyone loves . Besides all the fresh produce, clams, and flowers it's a great place to have lunch or pick up something for dinner.
