Farmers Market
Londonderry, Vermont
40
The West River Farmers Market runs on Saturdays in Londonderry from Memorial Day Weekend to Indigenous Peoples’ Day Weekend, bringing together more than 40 vendors at the junction of Route 11 and Route 100. The mix is notably broad for a single market, with local sellers spanning vegetables, eggs, ceramics, jewelry, baked goods, maple products, coffee, charcuterie, cider, spirits, and fiber or body-care makers. That range gives the market a clear identity: you can build a Saturday stop around groceries, prepared food, and handmade goods without leaving the same row of tents.
At this Londonderry market, the vendor roster stretches well beyond produce stands into a full local-maker lineup, with farms, bakeries, distillers, textile sellers, potters, and art vendors all represented. The result is a market where pantry staples and giftable goods sit side by side, and the names on the vendor list point to a distinctly Vermont mix of maple, dairy, baked goods, flowers, craft, and farm products.
Parking is available at The Mill, which is the key arrival detail to plan around before you head to the market. The market is held at the junction of Route 11 and Route 100 in Londonderry, a straightforward landmark if you are driving in from nearby towns or passing through southern Vermont on a Saturday morning. Dogs are not allowed, so anyone traveling with a pet will need to adjust plans before arriving. The market also lists no restrooms, another practical detail that can shape the length and timing of your stop. If you are thinking beyond a single visit, the market supports full-season, shared-space, and day vendors, which signals a lineup that includes both regulars and rotating sellers across the season.
SNAP/EBT is accepted at The West River Farmers Market, an important option if you are planning to use food benefits for your Saturday shopping. The market’s materials also make payment information clear, which helps if you are deciding how to split purchases across farm stands, bakeries, and prepared-food vendors.
Parking is available at The Mill.
Dogs are not allowed on the market grounds unless they are certified service animals. Parking is available at The Mill. Masks are no longer required; attendees may wear masks if they feel comfortable.

We were visiting from Boston. The restaurant we wanted to have breakfast at was closed, and a local suggested stopping by the farmers market. Great sandwiches, nice friendly vendors and a very cool atmosphere. Charming! Highly recommend
Love, love, love this market!! Bought fresh eggs & kielbasa from Ephraim Farms, found some salsa verde, and got a beautiful wool koozie for my ball jar! Kelly makes beautiful dresses for little girls and Josie has amazing maple syrup, Garet & Marnie have lovely jewelry and David has sweet treats! All around fabulous market with really great folks!! Highly recommended if you're in Londonderry on a Saturday morning!!!
Small but diverse farmers market. Live music brought everyone together, vendors were all incredibly friendly, fresh local farmed produce, cannabis and plenty of baked goods and art work.
Not just farm stand groceries but actually making lots of good warm foods here too. Come hungry. They also have everything from meats to milk to veggies and cheese, bread, honey etc... They usually have a single band artist. Kids love dancing. Lots of locals here and people with summer homes.
A really cool farmer’s market. A very well organized market with a variety of vendors with great items. Lots of friendly people.
