The Forest Hills UMC Farmers Market takes place on Saturday mornings at The Forest Hills United Methodist Church in Brentwood, under the church’s 200+ year-old Burr Oak tree. From June through mid-September, shoppers can browse a diverse lineup of vendors offering fruits, vegetables, herbs, and meats. The market also features artisan breads, freshly baked muffins, desserts, summer soups, herbal lemonades, and freshly brewed coffee. A new offering includes “Grab and Good” meals by Nutrisha using organic and seasonal produce, along with artisan products from the market. The market emphasizes community giving, including vendor participation that supports Feed America First.
