Mansfield Growers Market runs in Mansfield from April through November, with a Friday afternoon schedule that lines up with a produce-and-pantry stop at the end of the week. The vendor mix is notably broad for a small-town market: fresh vegetables, hydroponic greens, meats, eggs, maple products, bagels, gluten-free baking, chocolates, honey, goat cheese, flowers, and goat-milk body care all appear in the regular lineup. That combination gives the market a practical feel—you can shop for dinner staples, stock the pantry, and still leave with cookies, caramel corn, or a box of chocolate.
The strongest pattern here is range: several growers bring week-to-week produce, while prepared foods and pantry goods fill in the rest of the table mix. You are not looking at a single-category market; the lineup stretches from hydroponic lettuce and cut herbs to maple cream, lamb sausage, shortbread, and honey.
No dogs are allowed, which is the clearest visit rule to plan around before you head over. Restrooms are not available on site, so this is better approached as a straightforward shopping stop rather than a long linger. Payment methods are clearly communicated by the market, which helps when you are deciding how to shop across produce, meats, baked goods, and pantry items. Because several vendors note that offerings vary by week, the exact mix of vegetables, berries, meats, herbs, and baked goods can shift over the season. A Friday 3 to 6 p.m. window also makes this market an easy fit for picking up dinner ingredients or weekend supplies in one pass.
Live music is mentioned for some market dates (e.g., Brandon Lusk 4-6; Matt Noldy 4-6). A blood donation event is described as taking place at St. James Parish Hall with The Community Blood Bank. A needle felting class is mentioned (kid and adult sessions) at Liz’s shop.

This is the perfect little outside market setup for this perfect little town. The guy is super friendly and seems to specialize in flowers although he has an array of produce, jar goods, etc. He said the produce comes from "down south". It all looked a bit fresher than what you'd expect at a chain supermarket. Apparently they even bake pastries there. I bought a container of cookies but haven't tried them yet. They do look the part though. Also, best plums I've had in a long time. There's a jon in the back corner that seems well maintained
If I could rate it 10, I would! Fresh cookies, organic veggies and most importantly, amazing people who give you nothing but smiles for miles!
Stopped in to get tomatoes, cantaloupe, peaches and corn. Cantaloupe was huge and omg very sweet. Peaches are sweet, the skin a little tuff. Gonna stop back up over the wknd.
I just got a whole, homemade, tasty blueberry pie for a great price. Gentleman was friendly. They take cards but there is a 3.75% surcharge. Sign is posted. So glad I stopped, thank you!
I made a killing on flowers. The gentleman was very helpful. The flowers were looking a little rough, but being the end of the season it was understandable. They are probably tending to the fields this time of year. A bark planter and some honey were also part of my shoping spree. I would have liked the blueberry pie but, we were on our way home. Next time. Veggies also looked luscious. If you like my post please hit like.
