Sherwood Saturday Market ties its season to a local public-health partner: the market names the Washington County Health Department as a collaborator while bringing weekly Saturday trading to Old Town Sherwood. The market runs at 22341 SW Pine St. through the 2025 season, giving Sherwood a regular place to buy fresh farm produce, plants, flowers, food, and quality handcrafted items. Its setting in Old Town and the focus on both growers and makers give the market a mixed, small-town Saturday shape rather than a produce-only stop.
Old Town Sherwood is central to how this market presents itself: it is described as a Saturday morning market there where the community can gather to sell or buy fresh farm produce, plants, flowers, food, and quality handcrafted items. That matters locally because the market is built around direct exchange inside Sherwood’s historic core, not an isolated event ground.
The market also operates with named local stewardship. Erin Harrington is listed as market manager, and the Washington County Health Department is identified as a collaborator. A visitor summed up the draw as “a nice selection of vendors” and a Saturday morning gathering with neighbors, which fits the market’s own emphasis on community gathering and local selling.
The market’s own description points to a broad Saturday mix: fresh farm produce, plants, flowers, food, and quality handcrafted items, with live music dates threaded through the season. Named vendors in the schedule lean heavily toward performers, so expect the market trip to include both shopping and a set list on many Saturdays.
Beyond the scheduled names, the weekly market description is clear about the shopping mix: fresh farm produce, plants, flowers, food, and handcrafted goods are all part of the regular lineup. The market is closed during Cruisin’ Sherwood and the Robin Hood Festival, so those dates do not follow the usual Saturday pattern.
No dogs are allowed, which is the clearest rule likely to change a Saturday plan. Parking and vehicle movement are also tightly managed around setup. The market starts vendor setup at 7:30am, requires vehicles to be moved to designated parking by 8:45am, and does not allow other vehicles into the market after that point. Vendors must leave spaces in front of the market lots open for customers, and Cannery Square must be vacated by 2:00pm. If you need a market contact, Erin Harrington is listed as manager, with a phone number and market email provided for direct coordination.
Vendors are required to secure canopies with 10 lb weights at each corner (cinder blocks and water jugs are not acceptable). Smoking/vaping is not permitted by vendors in their space or the market area, and pets are not allowed in vendor space.

This market truly is a hidden gem! Once you visit once, it's one you'll find yourself coming back to again at least a few times during the season. All the people are really friendly, and there is always a nice selection of vendors to browse and shop from! It's the perfect gathering place to enjoy a nice Saturday morning with friends, family and fellow neighbors. Worth the visit during market season!
Lovely market and friendly people! It was a safe set up and I am grateful this is open since so much is closed. I am happy to support my local events and businesses safely so that they can open and remain open!
Very nice and quiant little market. Some fun vendors, good healthy breads and cupcakes, great hummus and salsa vendor, beautiful flower vendors, nice small flute group. Also enjoyed pet artist. Could have been more fresh fruit and vegetables options. Nice local water fountain for kids to play in.
I love our not-so-little Saturday market here in Sherwood. Right in old town, lots of decent parking, and creative vendors, and music.
It's very nice, and they've expanded about 10 more booths in the gravel area across the street. It allows them to make the square layout a little more open. All the vendors are friendly. Love the live music!
