Winter Market
Oregon City, Oregon
At 2051 Kaen Rd., off Beavercreek Rd., Oregon City Year-Round Farmers Market runs on Saturdays through every month of the year, with winter market dates operating from November through April. The market opened in May 2005 through a collaboration that included Clackamas County, Oregon State University Extension, the City of Oregon City, the Clackamas Soil and Water Conservation District, and volunteers, and it later became a 501(c)(3) in 2011. That combination of long-running market operations and year-round scheduling gives this market a practical feel: a regular Saturday stop with farm vendors and market programs that continue beyond the main growing season.
The vendor mix centers on farms from Oregon City and nearby Clackamas County communities, with a strong showing from growers using Certified Naturally Grown or Certified Organic practices. For shoppers, that means the market’s listings lean heavily toward farm vendors rather than a broad prepared-food roster, and several of the named producers are based right in Oregon City itself.
Beyond the vendor roster, the market highlights several standing programs on its site, including SNAP at the Market, the Power of Produce (POP) Club, and a Learning Kitchen. Those program pages suggest a market experience built around both shopping and food access, with dedicated resources for families and SNAP shoppers rather than a simple weekly stall lineup.
No dogs are allowed at this market, a rule that may shape plans before you head to Kaen Road. Parking is one of the easier logistics here: customer parking is directed to Green Lot 2, which includes several ADA spaces, and additional overflow parking is available on South Douglas Loop, Blue Lots 1 and 2, and Brown Lot. The market notes ample parking around the market and college campus, along with convenient market ADA access. If you like to have a phone number handy before arriving, the market lists 503-734-0192 as its contact number.
SNAP-EBT is accepted at the market, with shoppers directed to the SNAP booth to receive tokens for SNAP-approved foods from farms and vendors. The market also offers Double Up Food Bucks: purchase $20 in SNAP tokens with an EBT card and receive an additional $20. The market’s donation materials also identify its SNAP match program as a dedicated funding focus.
Ample parking is available around the market and college campus, including disabled parking and convenient market ADA access. Customer parking is located in Green Lot 2 (includes several ADA spaces). Additional overflow parking is available on S. Douglas Loop, Blue Lots 1 and 2, plus Brown Lot.
Operates outdoors, rain or shine. ADA access is available. SNAP/EBT tokens are available at the Information Booth; Double Up Food Bucks coupons can be used on specified items.

Great experience. Quality vendors, great place to get your starts. Local plants have the best chance of success. Local beef and Local crafts. Fantastic start to your Saturday. Did I mention mini- doughnuts and breakfast burritos.
Lively variety of farm goods, baked goods, honeys, jams, flowers, and much more. Live music, Mexican food cart, and Master Gardeners for your gardening questions. At CCC year round on Saturdays.
Great little Farmers Market. Easy to find and plenty of parking. My two favorite vendors were there, One Lane Road and Morgen Barrett jewelry. Lots of super cute new stuff and a selection of great fresh produce as well.
Amazing visit at the Beaverton Farmer’s Market with our family. Everyone is very friendly. We indulged in visiting this year’s garden and went home with a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Mr. Lee from Boring. Fresh baked cookies were divine!
This farmer's market is the perfect size, big enough to be interesting small enough to see it all. Genuine local feel. Awesome flowers, tasting for spirits, loads of veggies ( strawberry season in our visit), breads, food trucks, wild mushrooms, did not find a cheese booth but what an anamazing hazelnut booth!
