Oxford Farmers Market centers on Oxford Farmers Market Uptown, a year-round Saturday market in Oxford’s Uptown area near restaurants, coffee shops, parks, life-sized animal sculptures, and a fountain designed for water play. The market sets up just behind Memorial Park, with the location described at Main and High Streets and also as the parking lot just north of Memorial Park at Main and Church streets. That placement makes this a distinctly Uptown stop, with produce, bread, honey, meat, flowers, and handmade goods gathered in the center of town every Saturday.
Oxford Farmers Market is tied closely to Uptown Oxford and to local food education efforts through the OFMU Educational Cooperative and the Oxford Plant a Row for the Hungry Campaign. The market’s partners also include TOPSS Food Pantry, Oxford Seniors, the Oxford Family Resource Center, the Oxford Museum Association, and the Butler County Beekeepers Association.
That local network is matched by a vendor mix rooted in nearby production. 7 Wonders Farm is described as a small, family owned farm near Miami University in Oxford that grows produce and pasture raises animals, while Hamm Farm brings locally grown veggies. The market also connects shoppers to seasonal and nutrition-focused programs through WIC, EBT, Food Stamps, Credit Cards, and the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program listed among its partner resources.
The lineup spans farm staples, prepared food, and handmade goods rather than leaning on one narrow category. You can shop vegetables and fruit, add bread or breakfast, and still leave with pottery, jewelry, crochet, or botanical products from named vendors on the same market run.
No dogs are allowed, a rule likely to change plans before you leave home. The market runs in a city parking lot near Oxford Uptown Parks, with the location described behind Memorial Park in Uptown Oxford at Main and High Streets and also as the parking lot just north of Memorial Park at Main and Church streets. Restrooms are not available on site. If you need to call ahead, the market phone number is (513) 273-0134.
SNAP/EBT is accepted at Oxford Farmers Market. The market also lists Food Stamps, Credit Cards, WIC, and the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program among its payment and nutrition-program resources, giving shoppers more than one way to buy eligible food.

I have so many good memories of playing music here with the Folk band Jericho. There was a basket of toy instruments for the children to bang on while we played old time fiddle music. Some great coffee that's roasted locally. Farm raised garden vegetables and orchard fresh apples at market prices. Apple cider. Fresh flowers when in season. I am an outdoorsman and I even showed up when the weather was lousy because of the close sense of family and Larry Slocum. I live in Berea Kentucky and go to the one here. Go here if you can it's a great memories waiting for you there.
