Winter Market
Saratoga Springs, New York
Saratoga Farmers' Market - Winter Market puts practical shopping information front and center, with guidance for accessibility, vendors, and using SNAP aimed at both first-time shoppers and Saturday regulars. In winter, the market runs Saturdays from November through April at the Wilton Mall, giving Saratoga Springs shoppers a cold-season outlet tied to the same organization that also operates the area's warmer-month markets. The market's materials also note that some farms offer Community Supported Agriculture shares, a useful signpost for shoppers planning beyond a single Saturday trip. That combination makes this winter market read as a place built around repeat food shopping, not just occasional browsing.
November through April at the Wilton Mall points to a winter setup shaped by indoor shopping and a roster organized around the market's seasonal vendor cycle. The clearest named vendor in the market's materials is a floral business, while the broader market guidance highlights farms, including some with CSA options, suggesting an emphasis on regular food buying alongside specialty producers.
The most plan-changing detail is the winter location: from November through April, the Saturday market is held at the Wilton Mall, 3065 NY-50, rather than at High Rock Park. The market's winter guidance is geared toward common first-visit questions, including accessibility, vendors, and how to shop with SNAP, so the setup is designed to orient shoppers before they arrive. The organization also notes that its markets are currently full for vendors and uses a waitlist, with regular application cycles in January for summer markets and August for winter markets. If you're mapping out the visit itself, the market notes easy-access parking at the mall, with the market located at the theater and food court entrance, plus restrooms on site and a no-dogs policy.
The winter market specifically addresses how to shop with SNAP, and SNAP/EBT is accepted here. The market's materials also note that many of its farms accept WIC and Seniors farmers' market coupons, adding another payment option for eligible shoppers across participating farm vendors.
Winter Market parking is described as easy access at the mall, with the market located at the theater and food court entrance where there is plenty of parking.
Public bathrooms are inside the mall in the food courts where the vendors are located. The market information table near the entrance by the movie theaters is referenced for gift certificates and logo merchandise, and for SNAP/EBT token exchange.

Love the Saratoga Farmers Market. I always stop at the Ballston Spa Apiary for honey (delicious) Today I purchased lotion and soap from Thymeless Homestead. It smells amazing and is so creamy
Of the several farmers markets in the upstate area, this is by far my favorite. While it's filled with a solid variety of vendors, they still offer SEVERAL actual farms to buy produce from. Everything is always such great quality, to the point I skip the nurseries and purchase my starter plants here each spring. Look forward to this being a regular weekend event!
A great little marketplace all sorts of food, craft beers, fruits vegetables they even have a place that serves jerk chicken with a grill with charcoal, they have pitas, fresh squeezed beverages, it's a variety of different individuals that are offering quite unique products that are both yummy and reasonable. If you're in Saratoga it's a must come check it out!
This is one of the best Farmers' Markets I've been to. Prices were a bit high at many of the vendors but that didn't seem to hinder people from buying everything from Apples to Zinas. Prepared foods are fantastic. Go there hungry.
The farmers market in the Wilton mall was an amazing surprise! I had no idea they would be there. We brought our little one to see Santa and ended up purchasing many homemade treasures to finish out our Christmas shopping. There were so many shops. Fresh produce, local artists, homemade soaps, local brewers, and even treats for the puppies. It was fantastic
