Vendors set up beginning at 7 am when a City Event Permit closes South Washington Street between Reeder and Sebree streets near Jaycee Park, and the street reopens at 2 pm after cleanup. Vendor participation is limited to eligible local producers, and commercial products produced elsewhere (such as Tupperware) are not eligible.
