Farmers Market
Grand Rapids, Minnesota
Grand Rapids Farmers' Market runs on Wednesdays and Saturdays from May through October, giving Grand Rapids a twice-weekly produce stop through the main growing season. The vendor lineup reaches well beyond vegetables: breads, mushrooms, maple products, berries, garlic, wild rice, flowers, soaps, herbal tinctures, and cooked-to-order tacos all appear in the market mix. That combination makes this market useful both for a staple-food run and for picking up pantry items, meat, or a ready lunch from regional growers and makers.
The range here leans broad rather than narrow, with raw farm goods, preserved foods, baked items, body care, and prepared food all represented. Several vendors also list flowers, herbs, eggs, and shelf-stable goods, so a single pass can cover more than one kind of shopping trip.
No dogs are allowed at the market, which is the detail most likely to change how you plan your stop. The main outdoor season runs from May through October on Wednesday and Saturday mornings into early afternoon, with October hours shifting later in the morning on the market’s own seasonal schedule. The market is located at 11 Golf Course Road in Grand Rapids. If you want a cooler-season option, the market also posts a winter pickup period at the Trailhead Building at the Fairgrounds from November through April. A phone contact is listed at 218-910-6799.
SNAP/EBT is accepted at Grand Rapids Farmers' Market. The market also flags payment methods as clearly communicated, which helps when you are planning a larger produce, meat, bread, or pantry run across multiple vendors.
Accepts SNAP/EBT cards; credit/debit cards accepted. PoP Club for children ages 2–12 provides vouchers to spend on fresh fruits and vegetables at the market. EBT/SNAP Triple Match is described (up to $10 in EBT dollars matched up to $30).

Most places take credit, debit, and cash so you can shop however you want! It was zucchini week today and the vendors had samples of their homemade creations. Definitely helped influence a few of our buys. Parking is limited on site but there is more than enough public parking in the area! Great selection and the best vendors in the area!
Nice area for the market with a popular sea food taco truck. We went early June so not a large number of vendors. Very friendly people.
Great little market! It's too bad they only allow about a dozen stands each market day - I'd love there to be more so I could do all my shopping here.
Quite a variety of handmade items. Helpful sales people. Our visit gave us a real sense of the local color in Grand rapids minnesota.
Not many vendors yet. Will be better, I believe, when more fruits and vegetables become available. Having a food vendor there was cool (taco truck).
