Farmers Market
Bloomington, Minnesota
Bloomington Farmers Market runs from June through March with two distinct weekly rhythms: Saturday morning shopping and Wednesday evening market hours in the East Lot of Bloomington Civic Plaza. The vendor roster spans produce growers, flower farms, bakers, seafood, pork, coffee, cheese, skincare, and prepared-food sellers such as Amazing Momo and Eggroll Queen. An indoor winter market is also part of the season, with listed dates in November, December, February, and March. That gives this Bloomington market a longer arc than a summer-only stop, while keeping Civic Plaza as the central setting for both outdoor market days.
The mix here leans broad rather than narrow, with farm stands sharing space with baked goods, specialty foods, flowers, meat, seafood, coffee, and personal-care makers. The lineup also changes across the season, but the market’s published directories show a strong core of produce and pantry vendors alongside ready-to-eat options.
No dogs are allowed at Bloomington Farmers Market, a policy worth planning around before you head to Civic Plaza. Both the Saturday outdoor market and the Wednesday Midweek Music & Market are held in the East Lot of Bloomington Civic Plaza at 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, and parking is identified there as well. The market season stretches beyond the outdoor run: summer dates are listed from June 7 through October 18, 2025, and the winter program continues with indoor market dates in November, December, February, and March. One visitor also noted that the market was easy to get to and had lots of parking.
SNAP/EBT is accepted at Bloomington Farmers Market. The market also notes clear payment methods, and many vendors offer online ordering, which adds flexibility if you want to shop beyond the stall visit itself.
Midweek Music & Market includes farmers market vendors, food trucks, lawn games, and a live concert. The market accepts EBT cards and FMNP coupons to help lower barriers to food access for low-income families and individuals.

My daughter took me and her 5-year-old nephew (my grandson) to this farmer's market. There were a lot of booths with fresh vegetables and homemade foods and products. The vendors were very friendly and nice. It was an enjoyable place to visit, and I found several food items to buy!
A very nice sized farmers market. I would say it probably had a good 10 Farm booths and then maybe another five or so food trucks or food booths and then a few other type of booths like two bakeries and a jewelry booth and a candle boost etc. Very easy to get to lots of parking very friendly and very nice will definitely go again
Compared to the Minneapolis farmers market this is way smaller. Yet it still has just as great a verity! Prepared food. Vendors for fruit, vegetables, flowers, honey, eggs, meat, natural makeup, bread, etc. Definitely worth a stop. We walked, but there is a large free lot to park. No hassle. I bought flowers on this trip. $5 a bouquet. There was another vendor selling some bouquets for $6
The variety is amazing the earlier you get there. We arrived by 9am and the selection was still good. The fruit sells fast with good reason, it's delicious!! I found a black diamond watermelon (hard to find in stores) and the best cantelope, strawberries and raspberries all from one stand!! Not to big or too busy, my two year old was content just to hang out in the stroller and eat strawberries as we strolled along. The bouquets of flowers are beautiful and you can't beat the price. Highly recommend, only wish there were more days of the week offered or later in the day options. Either way...
I love this Farmers market. It's not too big, not too small. Just wish it had a bit more diverse selection of items. There is a point where the same table of vegetables starts to get redundant
