Vernon Farmers Market

The local farm produce was not really in season yet, but there were several interesting products for sale. One of my favorites is Haskap Berry syrups and jams. I may have to go back and get a real supply of them. 2 jars are obviously not going to last long. Also, the pastries at Fritz are worth the trip by themselves.

Great compact and friendly farmers market. It doesn’t get any fresher than this!! Quite a few organic options but wish there were more. Don’t miss out on the incredible mushroom selection featuring the singing mycelium, nice coffee a d crepes too!

My favourite place to shop in the summer for all the beautiful produce the area has to offer. Everything is fresh. Beautiful locally made gifts and goodies. The vendors are so gracious, hard working and kind. Rarely do you see a vendor or customer without a smile. I’ve never left the market empty handed or disappointed.

We entered the market at the end of the event. It is a nice and small market with friendly vendors. We get free drip coffee since they are about to leave. A lot of vendor provide free samples and they are delicious! Cinnamon buns and chocolate treats are very unique, the coffee we got are surprisingly good.

Attending the farmers market is relaxing and so interesting seeing these amazing people coming up with so many different crafty items. I enjoy the fresh veggies. Only one negative small issue and that is the times and days the market is available to us locals. Is there anyway we could have an evening market?
