This is an assistant living housing and they currently going thru renovations that has been dragging on for a couple of years now. Things are looking much better than before, but I have to question few things. They've put in new windows because the old ones were drafty and leaking. But they have closed them shut, only one window can be opened a bit, not fully. This is ridiculous, no fresh air coming in. The vent system hasn't been touched I think since the buildings were built. They are putting new floors and carpets in the common areas, but they have not painted the ceilings yet, so I wonder...
Been living here 8 years, love it. New management, very friendly residents. Not many activities happening since Covid. Libby bus, farmers market, hairdresser, blood pressure clinic all come in regularly. Crime watch meeting police and tenants meeting reguraly.
Lovely high rise apartment building view of the lakes. Not sure of the view on the other side
It's a nice place. Got friends who live there.
Visit relatives regularly, unfortunately the building has a lot of issues management is unwilling to resolve.
