Farmers Market
Baltimore, Maryland
Highlandtown Farmers' Market centers on a compact but distinct mix of farm meats, seafood, pies, and produce tied to vendors serving the Highlandtown area in Baltimore. The strongest throughline here is protein and pantry planning: Ferguson Family Farm brings pasture-raised poultry and pork, Gibby's Seafood offers oysters and crabs in multiple quantities, and Milburn Orchard Pies adds fruit and holiday-style pie options alongside farm orders. Kahl Farm broadens that lineup with a vegetable grower described as raising just about every vegetable, giving the market a produce anchor to go with the meat-heavy selection. For shoppers who like building a meal from a few focused stops rather than browsing dozens of categories, that mix gives this market a clear identity.
Pasture-raised meats and seafood stand out most clearly in the vendor lineup, with produce and desserts filling in the rest of the basket. The range is not broad in a generic sense; it is specific, leaning into dinner ingredients, holiday ordering, and a few vendors with well-defined specialties.
A market post also places pickup near the market site on the 400 block of South Conkling Street for farm orders, reinforcing that this is a market where preordered staples can be part of the rhythm, not just walk-up browsing.
No dogs are allowed, which is the clearest policy detail likely to affect how you plan a visit. The market area is associated with the 400 block of South Conkling Street in Highlandtown, and one market post points to pickups near that site for vendor orders, so the block itself is the key reference point to use when navigating. Restrooms are not available on-site, another practical detail worth factoring into a longer errand run. Payment methods are clearly posted by the market, which helps if you are assembling a larger purchase from meat, seafood, produce, or pies in one stop. If you want to ask a market-specific question before heading over, a listed contact number is 443-845-1554.

This Market is the best! I been coming to this market for over 12 years. The pricing on their meats are affordable, they ALWAYS have sales that I love! From the time I enter this establishment, the female and male security guards greet me, the staff are readily available to assist and the cashiers are very swift with scanning items on the conveyor belt to get customers out! Thank you Highland Market! Still come here to buy their meats!
The market is a great place in the community, I love supporting a local grocery store that truly passes on savings and quality to their customers. Amazing variety of meat and produce at unbeatable prices.
I like this place. The produce, is fresh and plentiful. The meats offered, appear to be previously frozen, but the selection is adequate...and so far, it's always been well packaged (no freezer burn).
I just moved to Fells Point and was on my way home from my doctor's office in Canton when I saw this place. I went in just to grab some chicken breasts and was pleasantly surprised. The prices were reasonable, meat and produce were fresh. I've made several trips and this is my to go place for groceries now.
Inexpensive groceries with surprisingly great international selection. Decent selection of options for special diets, if you are looking for organic options you should head down to Canton Crossing. Older parking lot and anti-theft bollards at the entrance make this store more difficult for people with mobility issues.
