Farmers Market
Kamuela, Hawaii

Parker School hosts Waimea Town Market, giving this Saturday market a clear Waimea anchor on the school campus at 65-1224 Lindsey Road. The market opens every Saturday from 7:30am to noon and brings together more than 50 vendors offering fresh local produce, prepared foods, artisan wares, and other goods in one place. That mix makes the market feel broad rather than narrowly produce-focused, with food shopping, gift browsing, and casual conversation all built into the same morning stop. Live music is part of the weekly setup as well, adding another regular feature to the market’s Saturday rhythm.
More than 50 vendors gather here on the Parker School campus, creating a market shaped by small businesses, farms, and makers rather than a single product category. The market’s own emphasis is on fresh local produce, delicious foods, artisan wares, and direct interaction with the people behind those businesses and crafts. That matters in Waimea because the market is set up as a place to talk story with vendors, learn about what they make, and buy from them in the same visit. A Saturday schedule that runs every week year-round gives that local exchange a steady place on the calendar instead of a short seasonal window.
The vendor mix spans food, farm goods, home items, and art, so a walk through the market can move from pantry staples to handmade objects without changing aisles. With over 50 vendors on site, the range goes beyond raw ingredients into gifts, specialty foods, and craft-based products.
Live music is offered every Saturday, so the market pairs its vendor lineup with a standing weekly performance element rather than treating entertainment as an occasional extra.
No dogs are allowed, which is the clearest rule to know before arriving with the rest of your Saturday plans. Parking is available on the Parker School grounds, on Lindsey Road across from the school by the park, and on Kapiolani Street, the first street north of the school. Do not park on Pu’uki Street behind the school. Vehicle entry from Pu’uki Street is limited to market vendors and people with special needs who have prior permission from the market manager. Restrooms are available on site, which can make a longer browse through the vendor rows easier to plan.
