Farmers Market
Atlanta, Georgia
Grant Park Farmers Market is part of Community Farmers Markets, an organization that foregrounds mission, education, SNAP/EBT use, seasonal cookbooks, and donor support alongside its farms and vendors. That framing gives this Sunday market a distinctly practical feel: it is set up not just as a place to shop, but as one piece of a larger food-access and food-education effort in Atlanta. For shoppers, that translates into a market where produce, prepared foods, pantry goods, and household makers all sit within the same weekly stop.
The vendor roster at Grant Park runs wide, with farms, bakeries, meat producers, coffee, mushrooms, prepared foods, and home goods all appearing on the same market list. Instead of leaning on one category, the lineup suggests a shop where a single pass can cover breakfast, dinner ingredients, pantry restocks, and a few nonfood staples.
Use the Hill Street entrance if you are driving to the market, and note that free parking is available at The Beacon, where traffic is lighter. Parking is limited to approved spaces, and drivers are asked to move slowly through the area. The market takes place at 600 Cherokee Avenue SE in Atlanta, which helps if you are mapping the stop separately from the parking guidance. Dogs are welcome, so shoppers arriving on foot can bring one along. There are no restrooms listed, which is useful to plan around before a longer visit or a family stop.
Grant Park Farmers Market accepts SNAP/EBT, and Community Farmers Markets also highlights SNAP/EBT use as a standing shopper resource rather than a buried note. Payment methods are presented clearly for visitors, which makes this a straightforward stop if you want to sort out how you will pay before arriving.
The best entrance to the market is through Hill St. There is free parking at The Beacon, with less traffic; park only in approved parking spaces and drive slowly in the area.
Seating and picnic areas are available. Dog policy requires dogs to be on a short, non-expandable leash and kept away from produce/food displays; owners must clean up after pets.

This is a fun little market. It's just up the way for us. They have a lot of things from baked goods, flowers, fresh produce, sweets, honey and more. Toys is my go to place to get meats. Local farmers are the way to go in my mind. If you have the time I would get there early and enjoy the stroll.
My 1st time this past weekend, it was good. Parking and vendor stalls closeness could be better. I bought some apple smoked salmon (delish!!). They actually had jewelry at this one.
Great farmer’s market. Good mix of various vendors, food, and produce. Really enjoyed the peaches, fresh bread, marmalade, dried meat, popsicle, cheesecake, and made to order biscuit. Parking was easy. Grilled Oysters were just ok. The cheese overwhelmed everything else. Something to note depending on what you’re hoping for with oysters.
Arrive around 8:50 to find parking !(: The line you’ll see is for Osono bread but their pastries are worth the wait 🫶🏽 Lots of vendors and awesome products! Highly recommend checking out Botanicts! There’s also Marrakech Express with solid Mediterranean food, stop by and grab a bottle of harissa ! No matter the season, you’ll always find gorgeous flowers and kind vendors! Definitely worth a visit.
This Farmers Market never disappoints. Always a great selection of foods and a few crafts. Make time to go if your in the area. The highlite for us is Little Tart., the best Tahinni cookies ever.
