Farmers Market
Miami, Florida
Jackson Memorial Foundation Green Market sits at 1611 NW 12th Avenue in Miami, tying a hospital-campus setting to the long South Florida market work of The Market Company. That organizer traces its current market operations back to 1997, when Miami Beach City management invited founder Claire Tomlin to bring a farmers market back to life. At this market, that history matters because the same company says it has expanded since then to run markets in hospitals, colleges, city halls, and indoor regional malls across South Florida. The result is a market with a health-centered setting and an operator whose experience was built in public-facing community spaces.
The Market Company describes its work as extending into hospitals across South Florida, and Jackson Memorial Foundation Green Market is one of the places where that model lands directly in Miami. Claire Tomlin founded the company in 1997 after her own years as a vendor at the Lincoln Road Partnership Market and after Miami Beach City management asked her to revive a market presence in the city. That background gives this market a local throughline: it is run by a team shaped by horticulture, event management, vendor coordination, and community programming rather than by a one-off operator. The company also frames its broader work around markets and cultural programming, including initiatives such as Japan Week and Latin Week, which places this market inside a larger South Florida network of public events.
This is a thinner market profile than a vendor roster-heavy listing, so the clearest picture comes from the operator behind it. Expect a market shaped by an organization whose work began with a single specialty product and grew into multi-vendor market management across South Florida.
Those related programs do not function as a product list for Jackson Memorial Foundation Green Market, but they do show the organizer’s emphasis on recurring vendors and event-based public programming.
No dogs are allowed, which is the clearest on-the-ground rule provided for this market and the first detail likely to affect a visit. Restrooms are marked unavailable in the posted visitor details, so plan accordingly if you are fitting a stop here into a longer day on the Jackson campus. The market manager is Malgorzata Godlewska, listed by name alongside The Market Company team, and visitor coordination is tied into that wider organization rather than a standalone market office. The address is 1611 NW 12th Avenue in Miami. Payment methods, parking, transit, accessibility, and SNAP/EBT are not confirmed in the market details provided here, so this page is strongest as a location-and-operator guide rather than a full amenities checklist.

The staff did amazing jobs I hope they keep going because JMH is the better place who care the patient like family. We are nurse Arlene Simone, Jonathan Joseph and nurse Giselle Ramirez all working at the ER no more words to say thank.
The staff at JMH WW11 was professional, thorough, and attentive. Best experience I have had at a hospital. Each and everyone made my visit as comfortable as they possibly could. 10/10.
I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible nurses on both the day and night shifts during my stay. From start to finish, the care I received was outstanding. Every nurse I encountered showed true dedication to their work and made a stressful situation much easier to get through. Their teamwork, empathy, and professionalism did not go unnoticed.
I have nothing but praise for the medical staff at Jackson Memorial Hospital. The doctors Dr. Bansee, the oncologist team with Dr. Baretto, nurses, patient care technicians, Ms Michelle in West Wing, Dr. Ochoa and his team, case worker, Ms. Rose Nadia, Benny Vines, all gave my sister exceptional care and showed genuine compassion. The were respectful and gracious as they assisted me in getting the help we needed for my sister.
