Farmers Market
Estero, Florida
Coconut Point Farmers Market is organized by Local Roots, LLC, the Lee County market operator credited on the market site, giving this Estero stop a direct connection to a wider network of farmers markets across the county. The market is held at Coconut Point on Fashion Drive, placing it within the Coconut Point shopping complex rather than in a standalone park or street setup. That pairing of a market operator and a retail destination shapes the visit: it is a scheduled weekly market set inside a named commercial center with established parking and pet-friendly access already in place. For shoppers planning a Thursday morning errand run in Estero, that setting is the detail that most clearly defines this market.
Local Roots, LLC runs Coconut Point Farmers Market as part of its work providing communities in Lee County with farmers markets, linking this Estero market to the same organization behind markets at Sanibel City Hall, Babcock Ranch, Boca Grande Field, South Seas Island Resort, Lakes Regional Park, The Promenade, and Gateway Soccer Park. That matters because Coconut Point is not an isolated listing; it sits within a countywide pattern of recurring market sites under one organizer, with Coconut Point named specifically as the host location for this market. In practical terms, the market’s local role is tied to place as much as schedule: Estero shoppers are meeting vendors at Coconut Point, within a site already used as a recognizable destination in Southwest Florida.
Free parking throughout Coconut Point Mall is the biggest planning advantage here, since visitors can park anywhere in the mall rather than hunting for a small designated lot near the market. The market is held at 23106 Fashion Drive in Estero, so using the Coconut Point destination is the clearest way to navigate there. It runs on Thursdays from 9am to 1pm during the October-to-April season, which makes this a morning market rather than an afternoon or evening stop. Dogs are welcome, a useful detail for shoppers already walking the center with pets. Payment methods are clearly indicated on site, which helps set expectations before you start browsing. One visitor described Coconut Point as having great shops and restaurants, a reminder that the market visit happens inside a larger retail setting with other stops close at hand.
Parking is plentiful and FREE anywhere in the Coconut Point Mall.

Coconut Point Mall is more than just a shopping destination it’s an **experience**. The blend of retail, dining, and leisure in a beautiful outdoor setting makes it a standout in Southwest Florida. Whether you're a local or a visitor, I highly recommend spending a day here. Tip: Visit on a weekday for a quieter experience .
I went there to look for the art show...I came across Ross Dress for Less, and Centrix two of my favorite stores. They have some great stuff at reasonable prices....once my cart was full...I went home happy as a clam!
This was my first visit. It is an amazing mall. The selection of stores were very varied. I have to go back tomorrow to check out the stores I did not get to today The layout of the stores is great.
