Farmers Market
Estero, Florida
23106 Fashion Drive places Coconut Point Farmers Market in Estero’s Coconut Point shopping district, where Local Roots operates the market as part of its Southwest Florida lineup. The market runs seasonally from October through April on Thursdays from 9am to 1pm, giving weekday shoppers a defined winter schedule in this part of Lee County. The vendor roster points to a mix that goes beyond produce alone, with prepared foods, drinks, gifts, flowers, jewelry, and produce vendors all represented under one market name. That combination makes this market read as both a grocery stop and a browse-heavy outing inside a larger retail setting.
Coconut Point Farmers Market’s vendor list leans broad rather than narrowly farm-only, with food vendors, drink makers, produce, florals, jewelry, home fragrance, and handmade gift sellers all appearing in the current mix. That range fits Local Roots’ broader emphasis on fresh produce, bakery items, delicious foods, natural soaps and candles, and crafters alongside farm products.
Parking is plentiful and free anywhere in the Coconut Point Mall, which is the clearest practical advantage for planning a Thursday visit. The market welcomes dogs, so shoppers who already walk the mall with a pet can fold the market into that routine. It operates on Thursdays from 9am to 1pm during the October-to-April season, so this is a daytime weekday market rather than a weekend stop. Payment methods are identified clearly on site, which helps when you are deciding how to split purchases across produce, prepared foods, drinks, and crafts. Local Roots is owned and operated by Lee County residents Jean Baer and Betsy Ventura.
Parking is plentiful and FREE anywhere in the Coconut Point Mall.
Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day; pet friendly; free parking at Coconut Point Mall.

Pjk restaurant is a delight! Wonderful, fresh Asian cuisine with excellent service and a beautiful atmosphere. We had Pad tai and egg rolls. There signature cold tea is so beautiful and tastes so good.

Coconut Point Mall is more than just a shopping destination it’s an **experience**. The blend of retail, dining, and leisure in a beautiful outdoor setting makes it a standout in Southwest Florida. Whether you're a local or a visitor, I highly recommend spending a day here. Tip: Visit on a weekday for a quieter experience .
I went there to look for the art show...I came across Ross Dress for Less, and Centrix two of my favorite stores. They have some great stuff at reasonable prices....once my cart was full...I went home happy as a clam!
This was my first visit. It is an amazing mall. The selection of stores were very varied. I have to go back tomorrow to check out the stores I did not get to today The layout of the stores is great.
