Farmers Market
Frederick, Colorado
Frederick Market is a Town of Frederick market, which gives it a distinctly civic shape from the start rather than a private pop-up feel. The season runs from June to December in Frederick, Colorado, with the market listed alongside other town-run happenings such as Frederick in Flight, Chainsaws & Chuckwagons, Miners Day, Festival of Lights, and Community Tour & Talk. That placement makes the market part of the town’s public events calendar, not a standalone retail event. The market is located at 105 5th Street, giving visitors a fixed in-town destination for the season.
The Town of Frederick presents Frederick Market as part of the same municipal event lineup that includes Frederick in Flight, Chainsaws & Chuckwagons, Miners Day, Festival of Lights, and Community Tour & Talk. That matters because the market is woven into the town’s public programming rather than operating apart from it.
The market also sits within a town landscape that names places like Centennial Park, Crist Park, Johnson Farm, Wyndham Hill, and Savannah Park, grounding it in Frederick’s own network of civic and neighborhood landmarks. On the operational side, the town connects market activity with agencies including the Weld County Health Department, the Colorado Department of Agriculture, and the Colorado Department of Revenue, which points to a formal local framework around how the market is run.
Frederick Market clearly supports vendors through a formal market vendor application, even though the town materials here do not publish a current vendor roster or product-by-product lineup. What stands out in the town’s market materials is the organized event structure around participation rather than a promotional list of individual sellers.
No dogs is the clearest visit rule published for Frederick Market, so that is the detail most likely to change plans before you head out. The market runs seasonally from June through December rather than year-round, which matters if you are trying to time a visit outside the main market stretch. The site lists the market at 105 5th Street in Frederick, giving visitors a specific destination in town instead of a rotating setup. Restrooms are marked as unavailable in the visit details, so this is not a market to approach assuming on-site facilities. Payment methods are indicated as clear, which suggests shoppers should expect posted guidance at the market itself. The market’s town-run context may also help set expectations for an orderly setup tied to Frederick’s broader event programming.
AI art is not allowed in any form to be sold at Frederick events; vendors must have original handcrafted items personally created by the vendor. The Town also prohibits resale/secondhand items and certain mass-produced or third-party printed items listed in the vendor application.
