Farmers Market
Arvada, Colorado
Set in the Five Parks Neighborhood and right next to the pool, Arvada Five Parks Farmers Market has a distinctly neighborhood-scale setting in northwest Arvada. The market gathers at 13810 W. 85th Dr. on Thursday evenings from late spring into early fall, giving this part of Arvada a weekly produce-and-prepared-food stop built around a specific residential anchor. Its vendor roster mixes drinks, baked goods, pantry items, produce, honey, and even a veterinary presence, which gives the market a wider-than-produce feel while staying tied to the Five Parks location.
The Five Parks Neighborhood is not just nearby; the market is located within it, next to the pool, which makes this market part of the neighborhood’s regular summer pattern rather than a destination detached from daily life. Its Thursday schedule from May into September places shopping in the early evening, a useful fit for residents who want a weekday market run after the workday instead of an early morning stop.
The vendor mix also reflects a small market that leans on direct, named businesses rather than anonymous stalls. Kombucha, granola, bakery goods, prepared foods, organics, honey, coffee, and garden products all appear under specific vendor names, and the market also hosts live music with Mike Coats and the Picket Wire playing almost every other week, with some periods aiming for weekly music.
The vendor list points to a compact evening market with a strong prepared-food and pantry streak alongside produce and garden goods. Instead of long category sprawl, the lineup reads like a set of recognizable local businesses returning to a neighborhood stop in Five Parks.
Live music is part of the market’s rhythm as well. Mike Coats and the Picket Wire have played almost every other week, and the market has also noted periods when live music could run every week.
No dogs are allowed, which is one of the clearest visit rules to factor in before heading over. The market runs on Thursdays from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. during the May-to-September season, so this is an evening trip rather than a morning errand. It meets at 13810 W. 85th Dr. in the Five Parks Neighborhood, right next to the pool, a location detail that is likely more useful for navigating than a broad Arvada reference. Restrooms are not available, and while payment methods are clearly presented by the market, no SNAP/EBT detail is established here.
The market is located in the Five Parks Neighborhood right next to the pool.

Beautiful building. I was there for an anniversary party and the party space is very pretty. It's small but it has a full kitchen, a bar like space for serving food, tables and chairs, a fire place and a big screen TV.
They won't show things on the internet unless you ask them to. I got a picture with Santa and the only way you can see your pictures is if you sign up with your email
Beautiful. Can be a bit pricey but I've had my baby shower here and been to several parties here and never been disappointed.. Full kitchen.
I appreciate these guys opening up for memorial services and whatever else. It's a great community spot.
We love having the Depot in our neighborhood. Great place for a formal event or a casual get-together.
