Farmers Market
Roseville, California
At 1551 Vineyard Road in Roseville, Denio's Farmers Market runs on a three-day schedule that stretches from Friday into Sunday, giving shoppers more than a quick once-a-week stop. The market operates year-round, and the grounds are tied to a long selling history: Denio's notes that people have been selling new and used merchandise here since 1947. That combination shapes the visit. Produce sales sit alongside a broader market setup, so this is a place to plan for both groceries and a larger browse through an established Roseville market property.
Denio's emphasizes selling formats as much as named farm stands. The market actively invites produce sellers, garage-sale vendors, and business operators, which gives the grounds a mix of fresh-food shopping and general market inventory rather than a tight roster of farm-only booths.
Weekend parking changes the plan here more than anything else. Saturday parking is $5 in the Main Lot and $6 in the Preferred Lot, while Friday parking is free; the market also states there are no return privileges once you leave the lot. If you're aiming to keep the visit simple, Friday avoids the parking charge and still lands within the market's regular weekly schedule.
The market also enforces a no-dogs policy, so leave pets at home. For drivers who need them, spaces for persons with disabilities are available when an official unexpired placard or license plate is visible, and motorcycle parking spaces are also available on site. The Friday-through-Sunday spread gives you options, but the parking rules are worth factoring in before you arrive.
Denio's accepts SNAP/EBT, which matters for a market that includes produce sales as one of its stated seller categories. The market's parking setup is separate from that food-access detail: Friday parking is free, while Saturday and Sunday parking carry lot fees, with Main Lot and Preferred Lot pricing posted for weekend visits.
Parking fee on Saturdays & Sundays: $5 at the Main Lot and $6 at the Preferred Lot. Friday parking is always FREE. There are plenty of spaces available for persons with disabilities; official unexpired placards or license plates must be visible. Motorcycle parking spaces are also available. No return privileges.
The market is open throughout the year and is described as open rain or shine. Parking is available with weekend fees and free Friday parking; accessibility parking is available with visible official unexpired placards or license plates.

A great place to find anything you can think of. They have everything here. Also, the BBQ chicken is so good, served with beans, rice, and fresh handmade tortillas. Two of us ate until full for under $15. I recommend checking it out; it's worth the trip.
I've been going to denios since I was about 10 years old and now I am 59 years old it is a really good place to take the family and look around friendly people in the last few years I've been selling items there really friendly vendors and people looking around
I went in a little early on Sunday. Not a ton of shoppers. Lot of empty stalls. Some good stuff in some of the permanent stalls. Probably 15% of the open stalls had goods that looked like they were fresh from a dumpster-dive expedition. The live band was pretty awful. Not sure it wasn't just karaoke. I'll probably come back in spring or summer to see what it's like in warmer weather.
Good swap meet. Decent coffee and tacos. Lots of tools, Mexican artesanía, a little art, antiques, etc. I wish I had gone here for more of my home goods and kitchen shopping when I moved to the area. Appreciate the public hand washing station.
The best craft fair/flea market in area. Along with an incredible farmers market where you can get local produce. Cheaper and healthier than the store Incredible thing is you can get new stuff and garage sale stuff at same show. Where else can you get a dollar item and buy a house in same place? The new stuff is great. Yet, my favorite thing to do is explore the used the stuff looking for hidden treasures. You are sure to find some. Come early before it gets hot. You are sure to have a grand time .
