Farmers Market
El Dorado Hills, California
Town Center Sunday Farmers' Market is part of the El Dorado County Certified Farmers’ Market Association, the nonprofit organization dedicated to farmers in El Dorado County and responsible for creating four markets across the county. In El Dorado Hills, the Sunday market now operates at the EDH Community Center rather than Town Center, a location change set to begin March 30, 2025. That countywide structure gives this stop a clear identity: it is one piece of a multi-market schedule that also includes Placerville, South Lake Tahoe, and Cameron Park under the same association. One visitor described the setup as full of fresh and new vendors.
The El Dorado County Certified Farmers’ Market Association is dedicated to farmers in El Dorado County, and this Sunday market is one of the four county markets it created to serve that mission. That matters because the El Dorado Hills market is not operating as a standalone event; it is part of a coordinated local system that also runs a Saturday market in Placerville, a Tuesday market in South Lake Tahoe, and a Wednesday market in Cameron Park. The association also participates in the California Certified Farmers' Markets, tying this El Dorado Hills stop to the certified market framework used across the state. For shoppers, the strongest local signal here is simple: the organizing body centers El Dorado County farmers in its stated purpose.
The biggest planning change is the location: the Sunday El Dorado Hills market is no longer at Town Center and is instead at the EDH Community Center starting March 30, 2025. If you are navigating by the market name alone, that shift matters more than anything else before heading out. The market runs on Sundays from 8am to 1pm, so it fits a morning shopping window rather than an afternoon stop. Dogs are not allowed, which is another detail that can change plans before you leave home. Restrooms are not available on the market details provided, so visitors should plan their stop accordingly. One visitor noted the location has water views and framed it as a Sunday outing with lunch, shopping, produce, baked goods, candles, and organic dog treats.
SNAP/EBT is accepted at the market, an important detail for shoppers planning how to pay for groceries. Payment methods are presented clearly in the market details, which helps with trip planning before arrival. The association runs this market as part of its broader El Dorado County schedule, so SNAP access is part of a market with an established operating structure.
Market is described as moving from Town Center to the Community Center starting March 30, 2025. The market is closed January 4 due to expected severe weather/storm.

Great atmosphere! Love the location it’s right on the water with amazing views. Perfect for a Sunday family outing. Lunch and shopping and lots of fresh produce, organic dog treats, candles, baked goods and much more. If I could give them 10 stars I would 🙌🏽
This farmers market is in a beautiful location! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We bought dog treats and CBD cookies from Paws Choose Us and our dog is obsessed with their chews. Everything is locally sourced and rawhide free. Definitely something for everyone at this market.

This farmer market is located at a beautiful mall near a fountain of water with nice and aesthetic building surrounding it. The vendors are all so welcoming and there are so much diverso stuff to buy from the market.
