Farmers Market
City Of Big Bear Lake, California
Big Bear Farmers Market runs on Tuesdays from April through September in the City of Big Bear Lake, giving the mountain community a weekly market window during the warmer season. The market’s home at 42900 Big Bear Blvd places it right along a main local corridor, making it a practical stop for residents and visitors already moving through town. What stands out here is the combination of farm shopping and direct contact with growers: the market highlights meeting the people who grew the food and encourages shoppers to get to know their farmers more deeply. That emphasis gives the market a more personal feel than a simple produce pickup.
The mix here extends beyond a single produce row. Shoppers have described fresh produce alongside specialty foods and craft-style merchandise, while the market itself points to a strong grower connection through long-running farm vendors.
No dogs are allowed, so that rule may shape plans before you head over. Restrooms are not available at the market, another practical detail worth factoring into a longer outing. One visitor noted ample parking close to the vendors, which suggests an easier walk from car to stalls than at markets spread across a larger site. Weather can also affect parts of the setup: during one windy-day update, the market kept the farmers market open while closing extended food court hours for vendor safety. If you want the full market window, arriving during the regular Tuesday session is the clearest bet.
SNAP/EBT is accepted at Big Bear Farmers Market, which makes the market’s farm and food offerings accessible to shoppers using nutrition benefits. Payment methods are otherwise clearly posted on-site, a useful detail when you are deciding how to pay across different vendors.

Every Tuesday except for in winter time is the Big Bear farmers market. 8:30 AM till 1 PM. Ample parking next to all the vendors so you don't have to walk too much at all. A lot of lovely fresh produce and some unique items like local honey, Kefir cheese, radish sprouts, sports jerseys, dog treats, great looking hats, many wonderful flavors of fresh hummus, fun tie-dyed shirts, dresses and rompers, gemstones, sports items, etc., etc.! Everything looks very fresh and delightful. Very friendly vendors that greet you with a big smile and sometimes will give you discount if you ask for one! I'd...
Best Farmer's Market! I thought it would be a small, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it to be relatively big! Good amount of food vendors with a nice variety. Many cool vendors selling many neat things and the right amount of vegetable vendors. June 11th was perfect weather, sunny with a wonderful breeze.
just an FYI for others, this market is closed October - April. don't make the same mistake I did haha

I just the best flat. I do recommend Ashley's crocheted stuff, or crazy donkey. Have a nice time shopping!
