Farmers Market
Altadena, California
Altadena Farmers' Market centers its work on dignity, cultural inclusion, and supporting long-term recovery through local food systems. After the Eaton Fire destroyed homes, businesses, and public spaces, the market quickly launched a Free Farmers’ Market to provide healthy food to those affected. It later partnered with World Central Kitchen to provide over $500,000 in free local produce, and in July 2025 secured a permanent location in Pasadena while running a Fire Relief Voucher Program with the Hollywood Food Coalition. Community members can register online for voucher eligibility verification, and eligible participants can exchange vouchers for free produce at distribution events.
Expect fresh produce, baked goods, meat, dairy, and eggs.
SNAP/EBT and WIC are accepted. Dogs are not permitted.
