Gather Arizona is one of the named partners behind Uptown Farmers Market, a Phoenix market that describes itself as a food-based farmers market and gathering place. The market is hosted at North Phoenix Baptist Church, 5757 N. Central Avenue, giving it a fixed Uptown Phoenix address for both its Saturday and Wednesday market days. Alongside in-person shopping, Uptown also runs online ordering with home delivery and curbside pickup, which gives this market a wider reach than a walk-up browse alone. That combination of weekly market shopping and order-ahead options shapes the way Uptown operates in Phoenix.
5757 N. Central Avenue is more than a mailing point here: North Phoenix Baptist Church hosts the market on site, tying Uptown Farmers Market to a regular Phoenix location rather than a rotating setup. The market also centers food in a very direct way. Uptown describes itself as a food-based farmers market and gathering place, and its vendor applications are currently open to food vendors only, with room for unique market ideas.
That focus is reinforced by how the market handles shopping beyond the stall. Uptown offers online shopping, curbside pickup, and refrigerated home delivery through DiLandri Family Foods, with delivery reaching 53 area codes. In practical terms, the market’s local role is not just a Saturday stop on Central Avenue; it also extends into neighborhood food access through pickup and delivery.
Uptown’s mix is tightly food-led, with prepared drinks, mixers, delivery-oriented food access, and a host site that anchors the market at one North Central Avenue address. The market’s own vendor guidance also points in the same direction by stating that it is currently accepting applications for food vendors only, which helps explain the emphasis visitors encounter.
Uptown also promotes online shopping with a choice of home delivery or curbside pickup, so the market experience is not limited to carrying purchases out by hand. One featured vendor demonstration pairs Iconic Cocktail Co. with Provision Coffee, linking the mixer maker and coffee roaster in the Demonstration Tent. At Uptown, one revealing thread is how the market blends farm language, prepared food, and demonstration culture into a single experience. The tag evidence points to a historic cattle ranch revival in one excerpt, while another highlights mint farmers, artisan distillers, and a farm-to-table avocado toast bar at the market. That same mix shows up in the named demonstration pairing of Iconic Cocktail Co. and Provision Coffee, staged in the Demonstration Tent rather than kept separate from regular shopping. Even the market’s stated preference for food vendors only supports that narrower, more culinary frame. The result is a market identity shaped less by broad general retail and more by ingredients, drinks, and food-centered presentation.
No dogs are allowed, which is the clearest visit detail likely to change plans before you leave home. If you are using curbside pickup instead of walking the market, pickup runs on the east side of the property at 5757 North Central Ave between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Saturday, and drivers are directed to pull into the curbside parking area, follow the text or call directions on the sign, and remain in the car. Restrooms are not available on site, another useful detail if you are planning a longer stop. The market phone number is 602-859-5648.
SNAP/EBT is accepted at Uptown Farmers Market, and the market also presents online ordering as part of how shoppers can buy from local vendors. Payment methods are clearly presented in the market’s visitor details, which helps when deciding between in-person shopping, curbside pickup, and delivery.
Online ordering supports refrigerated home delivery through DiLandri Family Foods and curbside pickup. Curbside pickup has no extra charge or tipping, and there is a $30 minimum purchase amount for orders.

The Uptown Farmers’ Market is one of my favorite weekend spots in Phoenix, with a huge variety of fresh produce, artisan foods, baked goods, handmade crafts, and specialty products from local vendors, it’s the perfect place to shop local, grab fresh ingredients, and enjoy a lively community atmosphere. The friendly vendors, great selection of gluten-free and vegan options, and fun vibe (dogs welcome too) make every visit enjoyable, and I always find something new and delicious to take home. Highly recommended if you want a true local market experience!
Nice little gem in town. Lots of stuff to select from, cheese monger is great, and prices are good. Also pasta lady gives a good deal on homemade pasta, a bunch of different flavors to choose from. Black olive garlic, Spanish pepper, spinach, tomato, plain, all great.
Great! Food focused. Family, neighborhood vibe. For my money the Saturday Scottsdale is a favorite, however if you are nearby it is a great time, great crowd, lots of young families, live music and craft vendors. Public bathrooms available.
