I love going here and I go every Saturday when I can, it’s definitely worth it and there’s always the same vendors so you can always get your sourdough, plants, and fresh fruits. I would recommend it to anyone that loves clean food.
I love, love, LOVE the “foodie” farmers market. The vendors have become my friends over the past 11 years—first Y & M Farms with their delicious grassfed beef all the way up to Jordan of Sour Sister Bakery. I would wait for an hour in a thunderstorm for the chance to buy her pastry and breads. Then toss in vegan breakfast from Hippy Camper, calming teas and tinctures from Mama Kay’s Medicine Show, talented local musicians, the lovely nurse who sells all things lavender and my favorite supremely enthusiastic plant lady and you have a solidly entertaining hour or two every Saturday morning from...
This Farmer's market is one of the best I've ever been to. It's not the largest but it has such high quality vendors. Recently moving to Alabama. I have found that the produce down here far exceeds the produce from the north. I absolutely love the farms and will support them every week. My favorites are Reeves, Scott's, fungalicious but I have yet to try anything I don't like. The quality is incredible and I love supporting our local farmers.
Love this farmers market. We got beautiful home grown flowers, handmade Natral soaps, Jalapeño strawberry jelly, cheddar bread and some organic coffee. There are lots of booths with some really nice people.
I love going here. Plenty of homemade dishes, jellys, breakfast items, wondeful pottery, woodworkers, plants, music, coffee. It is a really nice environment and animal friendly. It love going every year, it is a highlight of our summers. Check it out!
